FAQ - Residential Bounce Houses and Water Slides
|
When will my order ship?
Most orders placed Monday - Friday before 4pm EST, will ship the same day. Orders do not ship on holidays.
When will I receive my order?
Please check the UPS Ground transit map located in each product description for transit times on your inflatable. Holidays and weekends do NOT count as transit days, therefore delivery calculations should be adjusted accordingly.
What is your most popular inflatable?
We have always remained neutral and impartial regarding this question, however since it's been asked so many times, here is a short list in order of popularity for both categories:
Bounce House: 1) SuperStar Party Moonwalk, 2) Magic Castle Bounce House, and 3) Little Bopper
Water Slide: 1) Misty Kingdom, 2) Rainforest Rapids, and 3) Crocodile Isle.
What's included with my purchase?
All inflatables include the Inflatable Unit, Blower Fan, Stakes, Repair Kit, and Instructions.
The inflatable I want to purchase is backordered, when will it be in stock? We regularly update our sites based on the latest information provided to us by the manufacturer. These products ship via freight liner from China, therefore availability dates are approximations at best. Sometimes they arrive earlier and sometimes they arrive later. Please keep checking our site as the displayed date approaches for updated availability, or removal of the backorder notice.
How many kids can go in the Residential inflatables versus the Commercial inflatables?
Please refer to the CAPACITY specifications for each unit in the individual product descriptions. While Commercial inflatables typically accomodate more kids, each unit is different and should be operated per the manufacturer's recommendations.
Why does air come out of the seams and material?
All inflatables work off of continuous airflow. This means that a blower (included) pumps air into the inflatable the whole time it is in use. Pores in the seams and material allow air to escape as kids jump and play, while the blower continues to inflate the unit. Inflatables are designed to release air pressure from the seams and through the material. It is normal to feel or hear air escaping, which can sound like whistling noises.
Can I repair my inflatable? Yes. In the rare case that repairs are needed, the best way to repair an inflatable is to sew the tear or hole, using strong thread and repair kit (included with your order).
Can I use my inflatable indoors? Yes, inflatables can be used indoors as long as the anchoring points are sufficiently weighed down to prevent the unit from flipping over, and you have the necessary clearances. Please note that there is a 4 foot inflation tube in the rear of the unit.
Can adults use residential inflatables? Come on, read the sign... No adults allowed! While adults can FIT in residential inflatables, adults over 100lbs are not recommended for the safety of kids and the longevity of the inflatables.
Can inflatables be used on driveways, streets, etc...? No. Always use inflatables on clean, soft, debris-free surfaces, such as lawns. Please respect children's safety.
What kind of power do I need? Inflatables run off of 110v power and require a consistent flow of power for operation. If you plan to use these in an area that doesn't have power readily available, you will need a generator.
Can I rent residential inflatables to others?
Residential inflatables are not intended for commercial purposes and therefore will not sustain this form of wear and tear. This practice will automatically void the manufacturer's warranty. For rental businesses, please view our line of commercial inflatables.
